The Solivita Travel Club respects the privacy of our members and is committed to protecting the personal information they share with us.

1. We collect the following data from registered Travel Club members and guests who register to join our trips:

• Name

• Address

• Phone number – Cell and/or home

• Email address

• Emergency contact

• Information regarding mobility or dietary restrictions

• Financial information related to Travel Club membership or registration for trips, e.g. checking account or credit card account number

• Other data or information required by travel service providers for specific trips, e.g. drivers license, passport number, known traveler number, date of birth.

2. Purpose and intended use:

• To keep records necessary for member notification of meetings and offered trips

• To contact members regarding trip information, travel updates and safety information

• To process traveler information for trip registrations and reservations

• To send On the Go or other newsletters or information related to Club activities to members
   

3. Any information obtained will be utilized solely by the Solivita Travel Club for its intended purpose and will not be shared with any other person, entity or organization other than travel service providers, including travel agents, airlines, cruise companies and hotels, for purposes of trip registrations.
 

4. The Solivita Travel Club does not control information after it is provided to travel service providers for purposes of trip registration.
