Our member meetings are held on the third Tuesday of the month (except no meetings are held in July, August, and December) in the Solivita Starlite Ballroom starting at 6:30 pm.

At our meetings our volunteer Trip Coordinators (TCs) will be stationed around the room with flyers for their upcoming trips. members are invited to circulate around the room, meet with TCs and take flyers for trips of interest. Members can sign up for trips at a meeting or sign an interest list to be contacted later. 

All questions about individual trips and trip registrations are handled by the Trip Coordinator.

Each meeting includes a speaker for 30-40 minutes starting at 7pm. Upcoming meetings feature the following speakers:

• January 20, 2026 - Our Extended Trip TCs will present our exciting land trips and cruises for 2026 and beyond.

• February 24, 2026 (Note the date change due to Ballroom being used for Mardi Gras on our regular meeting date.) Holly Griggs from Small World Cruises and Travel will present the new day trips scheduled for the second half of 2026.

• March 17, 2026 - Solivita resident Gordon Hodgsen will share stories of his interactions with the British royal family, including making the sword worn by Prince Charles for his wedding to Princess Diana.
